BATMUNKH Moltov
I am the only Oracle Certified Master in Mongolia since 2016. I’m also 1 of 713 Oracle ACEs worldwide and the only one in Mongolia. With 20+ years in IT, I have developed a very strong background in Oracle Databases, Unix/Linux Systems, and Information Security. I have worked in production environments as an Oracle DBA, Information Security Specialist, Unix/Linux System Administrator, and Developer.
My career has advanced from developer to system administrator and ultimately to managing DBA. Today, I specialize in Oracle Database technologies: Oracle Data Guard, Oracle GoldenGate, Oracle RAC, and Oracle Exadata Engineered Systems. I am also deeply skilled in system administration and automation—VMware, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, openStack, Ceph clusters, and AI infrastructure setup.
From 2012 to 2021, I operated my own fully automated web hosting and VPS rental service (VDC Mongolia), which I maintained, automated, and sold to iTools—Mongolia’s largest data center provider. Through mBm TECHNOLOGY (founded 2003), I developed 700+ websites using my own CMS and continue to provide system maintenance and hosting services.
Cumulative stats: 100TB+ databases administered, 100+ Data Guard setups, 30+ GoldenGate setups, 100+ backup/recovery solutions, 20+ Oracle trainings for 200+ DBAs. I publish tutorials on batmunkh.net (AMOUG — All Mongolian Oracle Users Group). Currently building mBm TUI, an AI-powered terminal assistant.
